1. This Order may be cited as the

), shall be construed and have effect as if the words "Cock Pheasant" were deleted from the Schedule thereto.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of this Order is to restore Cock Pheasant to the Open Seasons list until the 31st January, 1985.
