S.I. No. 85/1984 - Medical Preparations (Amendment of Fees) Regulations, 1984.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Medical Preparations (Amendment of Fees) Regulations, 1984.

2. Article 8 of the Medical Preparations (Wholesale Licences) Regulations, 1974 (

S.I. No. 333 of 1974

) as amended by the Medical Preparations (Amendment of Fees) Regulations, 1983 (

S.I. No. 56 of 1983

) is hereby amended by the substitution of "£260" for "£200".

3. These Regulations shall come into effect on the 1st day of April, 1984.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations provide for increases in the fees charged for licences granted in respect of the sale by wholesale of medical preparations.
