1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (

Motor Vehicles (Registration of Importers) Act, 1968

(Repeal)) Regulations, 1984.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1985.

2. The

Motor Vehicles (Registration of Importers) Act, 1968

(No. 15 of 1968), is hereby repealed.
