S.I. No. 75/1983 - Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) (Amendment) Regulations, 1983.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) (Amendment) Regulations, 1983.

(2) The Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) Regulations, 1980 to 1982, and these Regulations may be cited together as the Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) Regulations, 1980 to 1983.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1983.

3. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.

4. The Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) Regulations, 1980, (

S.I. No. 196 of 1980

) are hereby amended by the substitution of the following Schedule for the Schedule thereto (inserted by Regulation 4 of the Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1981 (
