1. These Regulations may be cited as the

Fisheries Act, 1980

(Section 26) Regulations, 1983.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 14th day of March, 1983.

3. Every instrument which is an instrument of appointment referred to in

section 26

of the

Fisheries Act, 1980

(No. 1 of 1980), shall be prepared and printed in the form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
