EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations amend the

Road Traffic (Amendment) Act, 1978

(Part III) Regulations, 1978 so as to revise the certificates issued under

section 22

of the

Road Traffic (Amendment) Act, 1978

, in relation to the manner of authentication of the seal of the Bureau.

The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by

section 5

of the

Road Traffic Act, 1961

(No. 24 of 1961) and

section 26

of the

Road Traffic (Amendment) Act, 1978

(No. 19 of 1978) hereby makes the following Regulations
