S.I. No. 298/1983 - Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (County of Kildare) (Amendment) Regulations, 1983.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (County of Kildare) (Amendment) Regulations, 1983.

2. The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (County of Kildare) Regulations, 1983 (

S.I. No. 277 of 1983

) is hereby amended by the addition of the following matter at reference 3:—

"(n) The Naas By-Pass.".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations amend the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (County of Kildare) Regulations, 1983 by declaring that the Naas By-Pass is not a public road in a built-up area for the purposes of

section 45

of the

Road Traffic Act, 1961
