1. Acknowledgement of registry of, or acknowledgement of registry of any amendment of rules of, a Specially Authorised Society which is registered under the Special Authorities Regulations dated 16th May, 1876, 23rd April, 1903, and 15th August, 1917, and which contains in its rules provisions (
a
) and (
b
) of the Societies Borrowing Powers Act, 1898.
2. Acknowledgement of registry of, or acknowledgement of registry of any amendment of rules of, all classes of Societies, other than Specially Authorised Societies, under the Friendly Societies Acts, 1896 to 1977.
3. Cancellation or suspension of registry of a society.
4. Filing of notice of change of office.
5. Filing of notice of appointment of trustees.
6. Notice of establishment of a branch, or the rules of such branch or any amendment thereto.
7. Filing of an instrument of dissolution or any amendment thereto.
8. Any document supplied to a public department.
9. Any document in respect of which a fee is otherwise chargeable under the Friendly Societies Acts, 1896 to 1977, or under any other Act.
10. The comparison of documents to bring them into conformity with registered documents.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
The purpose of these Regulations is to increase the fees to be paid for matters to be transacted or for the inspection of documents under the Friendly Societies Acts, 1896 to 1977.

I, FRANK CLUSKEY, Minister for Trade, Commerce and Tourism, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 96 of the Friendly Societies Act, 1896 as adapated by
section 2
of the
Registry of Friendly Societies Act, 1936
(No. 51 of 1936), and the Industry, Commerce and Tourism (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1981 (

), hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, make the following Regulations
