S.I. No. 238/1983 - European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) (Commencement) Regulations, 1983.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) (Commencement) Regulations, 1983.

2. Regulations 5 to 19 of the European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) Regulations, 1982 (

S.I. No. 205 of 1982

), shall come into operation on the 1st day of December, 1983.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
