S.I. No. 208/1983 - Circuit Court (Fees) Order, 1983.

1. This Order may be cited as the Circuit Court (Fees) Order, 1983.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1983.

3. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

4. In this Order "the Principal Order" means the Circuit Court (Fees) Order, 1982 (

S.I. No. 44 of 1982

).

5. The Principal Order is hereby amended by the deletion of article 7.

6. The Schedule to the Principal Order is hereby amended by the Substitution of the following for Item 1 of Part II

"1. On the issue of any ordinary civil bill, matrimonial civil bill or summons (including Interpleader, Ejectment, Replevin, civil bills in relation to the grant or revocation of Probate or Letters of Administration and Criminal Injury Applications), irrespective of the amount involved

£10.00

The original civil bill or summons.

".

7. The Schedule to the Principal Order is hereby amended by the insertion after Part X of the following Part

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order, which comes into operation on 1st August, 1983, provides that fees will be payable in relation to proceedings under the

Guardianship of Infants Act, 1964

(No. 7 of 1964) and prescribes the fees payable in relation to proceedings under this and other specified family law legislation.
