1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations, 1983.

2. The Control of Exports Order, 1982 (

S.I. No. 387 of 1982

), shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of these Regulations is to extend to the Customs-free Airport at Shannon the Control of Exports Order, 1982.
