S.I. No. 62/1982 - Postal Order (Inland) Amendment (No. 18) Regulations, 1982.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Postal Order (Inland) Amendment (No. 18) Regulations, 1982.

2. These Regulation shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1982.

3. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.

4. The Postal Order (Inland) Regulations, 1905, are hereby amended by the substitution of the following for Regulation 5 (inserted by Regulation 4 of the Postal Order (Inland) Amendment (No. 17) Regulations, 1981 (

"5. The poundage payable on postal order shall be as follows

For an order for £0.10 and £0.15 ..............................

For an order for any multiple of £0.05 between £0.20 and

£0.95 both inclusive .......................................................

15p

For an order for any multiple of £1.00 between £1.00 and £10.00, both

inclusive, and for £1.25 and £1.50 .....................................

18p"
