EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order increases the fees at present chargeable in District Court Offices. The present fees are prescribed in the District Court (Fees) Order, 1981, which is revoked by this Order.

The Order provides that the fees in all cases may be taken by either adhesive stamps or impressed stamps.

DISTRICT COURT (FEES) ORDER, 1982.

I, JIM MITCHELL, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by

section 65

of the

Courts of Justice Act, 1936

(No. 48 of 1936), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows
