S.I. No. 42/1982 - Road Transport (International Carriage of Goods by Road) Order, 1982.

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Transport (International Carriage of Goods by Road) Order, 1982.

2. A permit granted by the Minister for Transport and issued by the competent authority of the Hellenic Republic under the agreement made on the 15th day of July, 1981, between the Government and the Government of the Hellenic Republic on the international carriage of goods by road (being an international agreement relating to international transport by road) shall be deemed to be a restricted road freight licence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Instrument is to declare that permits granted to Greek carriers by the Minister for Transport and issued by the competent authority of the Hellenic Republic under the Road Transport Agreement of 15th July, 1981 between the Government and the Government of the Hellenic Republic shall be deemed to be restricted road freight licences.
