S.I. No. 376/1982 - Maximum Prices (Babyfoods) (No. 3) Order, 1982.

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Babyfoods) (No. 3) Order, 1982.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 28th day of December, 1982.

3. (1) The maximum price at which a commodity, which is a babyfood and is mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule to this Order at a particular reference number, may be sold in the manner specified in column (3) of that Schedule at that reference number is hereby fixed at the price mentioned in the said column (3) at that reference number.

(2) Where a commodity mentioned in the Schedule to this Order is sold by retail in a manner other than that specified in relation to the commodity in that Schedule, the maximum price at which it may be sold shall be calculated at a rate corresponding to the rate specified in relation to the commodity in that Schedule.

(3) Where a commodity mentioned in the Schedule to this Order is sold in a packet or can purporting to contain a specified weight of the commodity, the packet or can, as the case may be, shall be deemed for the purposes of this Order to contain that weight of the commodity.

4. The Maximum Prices (Babyfoods) (No. 2) Order, 1982 (

) is hereby revoked.
