S.I. No. 307/1982 - Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1982.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1982, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1982.

(2) The collective citation "The Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1980 and 1982" shall be deemed to include these Regulations.

2. The Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1980 (

S.I. No. 78 of 1980

), are hereby amended as follows

) by the substitution in Regulation 5 (1) for "29.8397 United States dollars" (inserted by the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1982 (

S.I. No. 70 of 1982

)) of "28.4013 United States dollars".

) by the substitution for the Schedule thereto (inserted by the said Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1982) of the following Schedule

section 12

of the

Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963

(No. 15 of 1963), (as amended by

section 1

of the

Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1971

(No. 19 of 1971), and the Tourism and Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1980 (

S.I. No. 11 of 1980

), hereby make the following regulations (the charges thereunder having been determined by me in pursuance of tariffs approved of under an international agreement to which the State is a party)
