1. These Regulations may be cited as the 9% Conversion Stock, 1980/82, (Closure of Register) Regulations, 1982.

2. The transfer by deed register of 9% Conversion Stock, 1980/82, being a Government Loan in relation to which an offer for conversion into 15% Conversion Stock, 1988 on the 15th day of September, 1982, has been made, may be closed for the period from the 8th day of September, 1982, to the 13th day of September, 1982.

day of September, 1982.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations enable the closure of the register of 9% Conversion Stock, 1980/82 for the period 8th September, 1982 to 13th September, 1982 to be made.

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by

section 9

of the

Government Loans (Conversion) Act, 1951

(No. 12 of 1951), hereby makes the following regulations
