1. These Regulations may be cited as the

Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979

(Section 3) Regulations, 1982.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1982.

3. The rate of fee specified in

Section 3

(1) of the

Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979

(No. 24 of 1979), is hereby altered by the substitution of "three-twentieths" for "one-tenth".
