1. This Order may be cited as the

Companies (Amendment) Act, 1982

(Commencement) Order, 1982.

2. The 3rd day of August, 1982, is hereby fixed as the date on which the

Companies (Amendment) Act, 1982

(No. 10 of 1982), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 30th day of July, 1982.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order fixes the 3rd day of August, 1982 as the day on which the

Companies (Amendment) Act, 1982

shall come into operation.
