1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Post Office Savings Bank Regulations, 1921 (Amendment) Regulations, 1982.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 25th day of June, 1982.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.

3. Regulation 45 of the Post Office Savings Bank Regulations, 1921, is hereby amended by the substitution of "£50" for "£30" (inserted by Regulation 3 (1) of the Post Office Savings Bank Regulations, 1921 (Amendment) Regulations, 1969 (
