1. This Order may be cited as the
Pharmacy Act, 1962
(Commencement) Order, 1982.
2. (1)
Section 2
of the
Pharmacy Act, 1962
, shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1983.
(2) Subsection (1) of
section 10
of the
Pharmacy Act, 1962
, shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1983, for the purpose of effecting the repeal of the enactments specified in the Schedule to this Order.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
This Order brings into operation with effect from 1st March, 1983

Pharmacy Act, 1962
and that part of the Schedule to the Act which is not already in force.
