1. This Order may be cited as the European Association of Programmes in Health Services Studies (Corporate Status) Order, 1982.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1982.

3. A body to be known as the European Association of Programmes in Health Services Studies is hereby established as a body with corporate status under the

International Health Bodies (Corporate Status) Act, 1971

.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by

section 3

(1) of the

International Health Bodies (Corporate Status) Act, 1971

(No. 1 of 1971), after consultation with the Minister for Trade, Commerce and Tourism, hereby makes the following Order as respects which, pursuant to section 9 (1) of the said Act, a draft has been approved by a resolution passed by each House of the Oireachtas:—
