S.I. No. 151/1982 - Health Services (Amendment) Regulations, 1982.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health Services (Amendment) Regulations, 1982.

(2) In these Regulations the "Regulations of 1979" means the Health Services Regulations, 1979 (

S.I. No. 109 of 1979

).

2. Article 3 of the Regulations of 1979 (as amended by article 2 of the Health Services (Amendment) Regulations, 1981 (

S.I. No. 173 of 1981

)) is hereby amended by the substitution of "£9,500" for "£8,500" in sub-article (2) (

a

).

3. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1982.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by

section 5

of the

Health Act, 1947

(No. 28 of 1947) and by

section 72

of the

Health Act, 1970

(No. 1 of 1970), hereby makes the following Regulations:—
