S.I. No. 82/1981 - Agriculture (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1981.

1. This Order may be cited as the Agriculture (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1981.

2. All the powers and duties of the Minister for Agriculture specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to Michael Smith, T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture.

SCHEDULE

The powers and duties of the Minister for Agriculture under the Land Purchase Acts and the powers and duties of the said Minister in relation to the Irish Land Commission.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order delegates to Michael Smith, T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture the powers and duties of the Minister for Agriculture under the Acts specified in the schedule to the Order.
