1. This Order may be cited as the

Local Government Services Corporate Bodies) Act, 1971

(Designation of Bodies) Order, 1981.

2. The following body is hereby designated for the purposes of sub-section (3) of

section 3

of the

Local Government Services (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1971

, as a body for which services may be provided by the Local Government Staff Negotiations Board, that is to say—

The Local Government Computer Services Board.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of the Order is to enable the Local Government Staff Negotiations Board to provide staff negotiation services for the body named therein.
