1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the

Factories Act, 1955

(Definition of "Work of Engineering Construction") Regulations, 1981.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1981.

2. The

Factories Act, 1955

(Extension of Definition of "Work of Engineering Construction") Regulations, 1972 (

S.I. No. 81 of 1972

) are hereby revoked.
