1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oifig an ArdChlátaitheora (Hours of Business) (Temporary) Regulations, 1981.
2. The 28th day of December, 1981 shall be regarded as a public holiday for the purposes of articles 2 and 3 of the Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1974 (
S.I. No. 112 of 1974
).

These Regulations amend the main regulations (which specify the days and times that Oifig An Ard-Chláraitheora will be open to the public for the purpose of making searches of the indexes) to enable the office to close on Monday 28th December, 1981.
The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by
Section 4
of the
Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952
(No. 8 of 1952), hereby makes the following Regulations—
