1. This Order may be cited as the Registry of Deeds (Fees) Order, 1981.
2.
The Interpretation Act, 1937
(No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
3. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of February, 1982.
4. In lieu of the fees specified in the Schedule to the Registry of Deeds (Fees) Order, 1980 (
S.I. No. 200 of 1980
), the fees specified in the second column of the Schedule to this Order shall be charged in the Office of the Registrar of Deeds in respect of the items specified in the first column of the Schedule to this Order.

(This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation thereof.)
This Order, which comes into operation on the 1st February, 1982, provides for a revised scale of fees to be charged in the Registry of Deeds. This Order replaces the Registry of Deeds (Fees) Order, 1980.
