S.I. No. 326/1981 - Road Transport (International Carriage of Goods by Road) (No. 4) Order, 1981.

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Transport (International Carriage of Goods by Road) (No. 4) Order, 1981.

2. A permit granted by the Minister for Transport and issued by the Swedish Board of Transport under the agreement made on the 19th day of May, 1981, between the Government and the Government of Sweden on the international carriage of goods by road (being an international agreement relating to international transport by road) shall be deemed to be a restricted road freight licence.

The effect of this Instrument is to declare that permits granted to Swedish carriers by the Minister for Transport and issued by the competent authority of Sweden under the Road Transport Agreement of 19th May, 1981 between Ireland and Sweden shall be deemed to be restricted road freight licences.
