1. This Order may be cited as the Irish Film Board (Establishment Day) Order, 1981.

2. The 14th day of August, 1981, is hereby appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the

Irish Film Board Act, 1980

(No. 36 of 1980).

The purpose of this Order is to establish the date on which

section 2

of the

Irish Film Board Act, 1980

, comes into force. This provides for the establishment of the Irish Film Board, on 14th August, 1981.
