1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Exports (Iran) (Revocation) Order, 1981.

2. The Control of Exports (Iran) Order, 1980 (

), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to revoke the Control of Exports (Iran) Order, 1980 which prohibited certain exports to Iran.

section 2

of the

Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947

(No. 18 of 1947),

section 2

of the

Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956

(No. 1 of 1956) (which Act is continued in force by the

Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956

(Continuance) Act, 1977 (No. 26 of 1977)), the

Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947

(Transfer of Powers) Order, 1956 (

) (as amended by the
