S.I. No. 265/1981 - Worker Participation (Bord na Mona) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1981.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Bord na Mona) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1981.

2. The 20th day of November, 1981, is in relation to the election to be held in 1981 pursuant to the

Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977

(No. 6 of 1977), as regards Bord na Mona, hereby fixed as the nomination day.

Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977

, in Bord na Mona shall be received by the returning officer.
