1. This Order may be cited as the

Agriculture (An Chomhairle Oiliuna Talmhaiochta) Act, 1979

(Commencement) Order, 1980.

Section 19

of the

Agriculture (An Chomhairle Oiliuna Talmhaiochta) Act, 1979

(No. 9 of 1979), shall come into operation on the date of the making of this Order.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 21st day of February, 1980.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Order specifies that

Section 19

of the
