1. This Order may be cited as the
Fisheries Act, 1980
(Section 69) (Commencement) Order, 1980.

Section 69
of the
Fisheries Act, 1980
(No. 1 of 1980), shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 1981.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
This Order brings
section 69
of the
Fisheries Act, 1980
into force on the 1st of January, 1981. Section 69 provides for an increase from £1 to £25 in the fees payable for a Salmon Dealer's Licence and for a Salmon Exporter's Licence.
