EXPLANATORY NOTE.
This Order revokes and re-enacts with modification the Air Navigation (Fees) Order, 1979. The effect of this Order is to increase the fees payable.
17. The Minister may remit or reduce, in any case in which he is satisfied that it is reasonable to do so, any fee referred to or mentioned in Articles 5 to 10 of this Order.
