S.I. No. 241/1980 - Medical Preparations (Amendment of Fees) Regulations, 1980.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Medical Preparations (Amendment of Fees) Regulations, 1980.

2. Article 8 of the Medical Preparations (Licensing of Manufacture) Regulations, 1974 (

S.I. No. 225 of 1974

) is hereby amended by the substitution of "£300" for "£200".

3. Article 8 of the Medical Preparations (Wholesale Licences) Regulations, 1974 (

S.I. No. 333 of 1974

) is hereby amended by the substitution of "£100" for "£50".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations provide for increases in the fees charged for licences granted in respect of the manufacture and sale by wholesale of medical preparations.
