1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Portal Inspection Order, 1924 (Amendment) Order, 1980.

(2) The Portal Inspection Order of 1924, the Portal Inspection Order, 1924 (Amendment) Order, 1967, (

S.I. No. 69 of 1967

), and this Order may be cited together as the Portal Inspection Orders, 1924 to 1980.

2. The Portal Inspection Order of 1924, as amended by the Portal Inspection Order, 1924 (Amendment) Order, 1967, shall have effect as if—

(

a

) "or in relation to" were inserted before "the ports" in paragraph (i) of Article 1, and

(

b

) the entry in the Schedule to this Order were substituted in the right-hand column of the First Schedule for the entry in that column opposite "Rosslare" in the left-hand column of that Schedule.

The enclosed yard and pens, belonging to County Wexford Co-operative Mart Ltd., situated at Ballyhire, Kilrane.
