1. This Order may be cited as the

Value-Added Tax (Amendment) Act, 1978

(Commencement) Order, 1979.

2. The 1st day of March, 1979, is hereby appointed as the day on which sections 1 to 28 and 30 to 32 of the

Value-Added Tax (Amendment) Act, 1978

, shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings the
