1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Pre-packaged Coal) (No. 2) Order, 1979.
(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 12th day of March, 1979.
2. (1) The maximum prices at which coal packed in a closed container or package may be sold by retail in any place in the State other than the county borough of Cork or the administrative county of Cork shall be—
(
a
) in the case of a container or package containing 28 pounds or 12½ kilograms of coal, £0.85½,
(
b
) in the case of a container or package containing 56 pounds or 25 kilograms of coal, £1.67, and
(
c
) in the case of a container or package containing more than 56 pounds or 25 kilograms of coal, a sum calculated at the rate of £3.24 per hundredweight or per 50 kilograms, as the case may be.
(2) The maximum prices at which coal packed in a closed container or package may be sold by retail in the county borough of Cork or the administrative county of Cork shall be—
(
a
) in the case of a container or package containing 28 pounds or 12½ kilograms of coal, £0.93,
(
b
) in the case of a container or package containing 56 pounds or 25 kilograms of coal, £1.78½,
(
c
) in the case of a container or package containing more than 56 pounds or 25 kilograms of coal, a sum calculated at the rate of £3.49 per hundredweight or per 50 kilograms, as the case may be.
3. The Maximum Prices (Pre-packaged Coal) Order, 1979 (
S.I. No. 14 of 1979
), is hereby revoked.
