1. This Order may be cited as the Údarás na Gaeltachta (Appointed Day) Order, 1979.

2. The 1st day of January, 1980, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of Part II of the

Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979

(No. 5 of 1979).
