1. This Order may be cited as the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979 (Commencement of Parts I to III) Order, 1979.

2. The 1st day of January, 1980, is hereby fixed as the day on which Parts I to III of the

Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979

(No. 5 of 1979), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings Parts I to III of the

Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979

into operation on 1 January, 1980.
