1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Household Goods) (No. 7) Order, 1979.
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 31st day of December, 1979.
3. (1) The maximum price at which a commodity mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number may be sold in the manner specified in column (3) of that Schedule at that reference number is hereby fixed at the price mentioned in the said column (3) at that reference number.
(2) Where a commodity mentioned in the Schedule to this Order is sold by retail in a manner other than that specified in relation to the commodity in the said Schedule, the maximum price at which it may be so sold shall be calculated at a rate corresponding to the rate specified in relation to the commodity in the said Schedule.
(3) Where a commodity mentioned in the Schedule to this Order is sold in a packet or can purporting to contain a specified weight of the commodity, the packet or can, as the case may be, shall be deemed for the purposes of this Order, to contain that weight of the commodity.
4. The Maximum Prices (Household Goods) (No. 6) Order, 1979 (

), is hereby revoked.
