1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Marketing of Fertilisers) Regulations, 1979.
2. The Schedule to the European Communities (Marketing of Fertilisers) Regulations, 1978 (

), is hereby amended by the substitution of the following Part for Part IV

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
The Regulations amend the Certificate of Result of Analysis of a Fertiliser specified in the European Communities (Marketing of Fertilisers) Regulations, 1978.
