S.I. No. 348/1979 - Maximum Prices (Pre-Packaged Coal) (No. 3) Order, 1979.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Pre-packaged Coal) (No. 3) Order, 1979.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 25th day of October 1979.

2. (1) The maximum prices at which coal packed in a closed container or package may be sold by retail in any place in the State other than the county borough of Cork or the administrative county of Cork shall be—

(

a

) in the case of a container or package containing 28 pounds or 12½ kilograms of coal, £0.93½,

(

b

) in the case of a container or package containing 56 pounds or 25 kilograms of coal, £1.83, and

(

c

) in the case of a container or package containing more than 56 pounds or 25 kilograms of coal, a sum calculated at the rate of £3.55 per hundredweight or per 50 kilograms, as the case may be.

(2) The maximum prices at which coal packed in a closed container or package may be sold by retail in the county borough of Cork or the administrative county of Cork shall be—

(

a

) in the case of a container or package containing 28 pounds or 12½ kilograms of coal £1.06,

(

b

) in the case of a container or package containing 56 pounds or 25 kilograms of coal, £2.03½, and

(

c

) in the case of a container or package containing more than 56 pounds or 25 kilograms of coal, a sum calculated at the rate of £4.00 per hundredweight or per 50 kilograms, as the case may be.

3. The Maximum Prices (Pre-packaged Coal) (No. 2) Order, 1979 (

S.I. No. 71 of 1979

), is hereby revoked.
