EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Regulations prescribe a form of return to be sent to the Department by the 28th of each month with a cheque, money order, or banker's draft for the fee under the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act. 1979.

3. The 28th day of each month shall be the day by which the return and the fee referred to in Section 4 (1) (

c

) of the Act shall be forwarded to the Minister.

4. The form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be the form in which the return referred to in Section 4 (1) (

c

) of the Act shall be forwarded to the Minister.

5. The fee referred to Section4 (1) (

c

) of the Act shall be forwarded to the Minister in the form of a cheque, money order or banker's draft.
