S.I. No. 278/1979 - Air Raid Precautions (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1979.

1. This Order may be cited (as the Air-Raid Precautions (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1979.

2. All the powers and duties of the Minister for Defence under the

Air Raid Precautions Act, 1939

(No. 21 of 1939), and the Air Raid Precautions Act, 1946 (No. 28 of 1946), are hereby delegated to Michael Woods, Minister of State at the Department of Defence.
