1. This Order may be cited as the Fuels (Control of Supplies) (Regulation of Deliveries of Gas Diesel Oil) (No. 3) Order, 1979.

2. The Fuels (Control of Supplies) (Regulation of Deliveries of Gas Diesel Oil) Order, 1979 (

), is hereby amended by the substitution in Article 3 of "the 31st day of August, 1979", for "the 31st day of July, 1979" (inserted by the Fuels (Control of Supplies) Regulation of Deliveries of Gas Diesel Oil (No. 2) Order, 1979 (

S.I. No. 225 of 1979

)).
