1. This Order may be cited as the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (Appointed Day) (Cómhlucht Siúicre Éireann Teoranta) Order, 1979.

2. The 2nd day of January, 1979, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of

section 6

of the

Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977

(No. 6 of 1977), in relation to Cómhlucht Siúicre Éireann Teoranta.
