S.I. No. 161/1979 - Labour Court (Fourth Division) Order 1979.

1. This Order may be cited as the Labour Court (Fourth Division) Order, 1979.

2. An additional division (to be known as the fourth division) of the Labour Court is hereby established, consisting of a deputy chairman appointed under

Section 8

(3) of the

Industrial Relations Act, 1976

(No. 15 of 1976), a workers' member and an employers' member.
