1. These Regulations may be cited as the

Companies (Amendment) Act, 1977

(Designation of Stock Exchange Nominee) Regulations, 1979.

2. SEPON Limited is hereby designated as a nominee of a recognised stock exchange for the purposes of the

Companies (Amendment) Act, 1977

(No. 31 of 1977).

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 4th day of April, 1979.
